CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

First United Baptist Church considers Christian Education to be one of the most important programs of outreach for the church and as such it is open to members and friends and visitors, both children and adult.

Our mission is to teach about the joy of God’s love, salvation through Jesus Christ and our Christian responsibilities to the Lord, our families, ourselves and our neighbors.

First United Baptist Church adheres to a Safe Church Policy with children and youth.

Sunday School

Sundays at 11:15 am – 12:00 Noon

First United Baptist Church's teachers use lots of fun and creative activities to stress Bible truths and to plant seeds so that the students will learn, know, understand and apply Christian principles.

The following classes are available:
• Pre-school through 4th grade
• Middle School
• Youth Group
• Adult Group

Children’s Music Ministry

Several opportunities are available for children of all ages. The Children’s Choir is a favorite and children perform several times during the year.

Nursery

A caring and competent nursery worker is available every Sunday from 10:00am until the end of Sunday School. Please ask the ushers for more information.

Seasonal Activities

During the year different groups gather together for special events, projects and activities. Contact the church office for current schedule or for more information.
