In the aftermath of a week of tumult and turmoil on the political scene, it is a blessing to gather with the community of faith in the sanctuary and contemplate what is truly important in our lives and that of the world around us. Worship of God forms our lives in faith and strengthens us for life in the world.
We gather for worship on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. We will sing hymns of praise and thanksgiving. The choir will sing “By the Waters of Babylon.” We will pray with and for one another. The gospel this week challenges us to contemplate what happens when we lose our spiritual center. Following worship, Russ MacLeod will lead the Adult Class. This is always a time of fruitful discussion. Join us and bring a friend. Remember: 85% of those who attend church were first invited by a friend or relative.
