Children are our most cherished members and children of all ages are welcome to participate fully in worship and in the life of the church.
Worship and Sunday School Children sit with their families for the first half of our worship service. We have coloring pages available for little ones who have trouble sitting still. Before the sermon, children are invited to come to the front of the church for a children’s message, in which a member of the congregation presents a message just for them. Then the children follow their teacher to the Sunday School room downstairs where they learn Bible stories, sing songs and start to develop their faith.
Children's Sunday At the end of each school year, we hold a Children’s Sunday in which the children lead us in worship, sharing with the congregation what they have learned this year. This offers a time for us to celebrate the leadership of our youth in worship and to mark major events, such as graduations.
Children's Choir A special choir just for the kids sings every year at our Christmas Concert as well as in worship on special days such as Christmas and Easter.
Tree House Music Education, Inc is offering keyboard lessons on Saturdays 10:30am-noon at FUBC. Cost is $199 per student and includes a snack. The next session begins in May for 8 weeks. Call Barbara at 857-615-1335 or email treehousemusicedprogram@gmail.com to register.
